William George Harvey "Billy", 36, of Diamond IL. passed away unexpectedly on Monday, February 13, 2017 at Morris Hospital.

He was born July 9, 1980 in Brookfield, IL. in the family truck on the way to the hospital. His parents are John W. Harvey Sr. and Pamela Frye Oram. Billy enjoyed animals and had two dogs and many cats. The joys in his life were fishing and riding in his Monte Carlo SS. He was a fan of NASCAR and especially of Dale Earnhart Jr.

He is survived by his parents: John (Denise) Harvey Sr., of Braceville, IL. and Pam (Brad) Oram of Diamond, IL.; three brothers: John (Melissa Welsh) Harvey Jr., Braidwood IL., Joe (Beth) Harvey, Wilmington, IL., and Joe (Jenny) Zolper of Minooka, IL.; a sister Mindy (Lenny) Friddle of Diamond, IL; three nieces and one nephew: Ashley Swatzell, Pearl Friddle, Jaden Friddle and Ruby Zolper; his girlfriend Lolly Espinoza of San Antonio, TX.; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents and a nephew, John Patrick Harvey.

Memorials may be made to the Grundy County Humane Society.

Funeral service will be Friday, February 17, 2017 at 11:30 a.m. at the Ferrari Funeral Chapel (corner of Spring Road and Ferrari Drive) with Reverend Bradley Schumaker officiating. Visitation will also be Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11:30 a.m.

Cremation rites will be accorded following the visitation and funeral service.
