Ronald J. Jakubowski 71, of Coal City passed away on Friday January 18, 2013 at The Morris Hospital. He was born on December 5, 1941 to the late Walter and Wanda Jakubowski in Chicago, IL

Ron was known as a handy man, jack of all trades, and a man of many ideas.

He is survived by four children Theresa (Jim) Stewart of Downers Grove, Robert (Tracey) Jakubowski of Coal City. Paul (Tina) Jakubowski of Coal City, and Audra Collins of Coal City, five grandchildren Phillip Collins, Olivia and Sophia Jakubowski, James and Jordan Stewart.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and his wife Barbara Jakubowski.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 am on Monday January 21, 2013 in The Ferrari Funeral Chapel (1044 Ferrari Drive). In Coal City, Father Robert Noesen will officiate with interment in Mt Carmel Cemetery; Morris, IL Visitation will be on Sunday from 3:00-7:00 pm at Ferrari Funeral Services (corner of spring rd. and Ferrari Dr.) in Coal City online guest book at www.ferrarifuneral.com

Memorial contributions in Ron's name may be directed to the family for later disbursement.
