Robert E. Armstrong 68, of Coal City passed away on Wednesday July 10, 2013 at The Morris Hospital. He was born in Wilmington , IL on January 27, 1945 to the late Harold M Armstrong and Altha Hooper Armstrong Kilbride.
He is survived by a brother Martin (Nancy) Armstrong of Morris, a sister Jean (Robert) Zimmerman Morris , and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Lynn Armstrong.
