Obituary
Perry W. Cermak, 61, of Coal City, passed away on October 30, 2018 at Heritage Health Care in Dwight, IL. He was born in Morris IL. on February 16, 1957 to the late William and Rose Cermak.
Perry was a graduate of Coal City grade and high school and had an associate degree in accounting from JJC. His employment included Alco, Walmart , and Mobil Gas. He loved collecting coins and listening to music, especially the Beatles. He was a lifelong Chicago Bears and Cubs fan .
He is survived by three siblings Nancy Kirchner of Coal City, Larry Novak of Indio CA, Juanita Molesworth of Atlanta GA, and numerous nieces and nephews .
He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother Anton Novak.
Private Family Services will be held.
