Mary J. (Henke) McIntosh 91, of Coal City passed away on Wednesday November 5, 2008 at Morris Healthcare and Rehabilitation center. She was born on July 1, 1917 in Richmond IN. to the late Albert and Sue Carlisle.

She is survived by two sons Donald (Carolyn) Henke and Ronald Henke both of Coal City, three grandchildren Karen West of Morris, Janet Bauser of Greenview, and Lisa Larson of Newark, eight great grandchildren, a brother Alfred Carlisle of Indiana, a sister Roberta James of Coal City, numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, first husband Frank E. Henke, second husband Frank McIntosh,

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday November 8, 2008 from Ferrari Funeral Services at 10:00 Am to The Assumption Church for a 10:30 am Mass of Christian burial. Reverend Ron Hart will officiate with interment in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
