Madalyn B. Ferrari 99, of Coal City, IL passed away on Saturday January 15, 2011 at Heritage Manor in Dwight, IL she was born on December 6, 1911 in Gillispie, IL. To The Late William and Clara (Henke) Pohl.

She married Silvio (Bear) Ferrari (deceased) on October 1935 in The Assumption Church in Coal City. They spent their entire married life of 58 years together in Coal City. She was a member of The Council of Catholic Women, and The Assumption Church, she enjoyed gardening, sewing, knitting, crocheting, making quilts and playing cards.

She is survived by her two sons Lawrence W. (Joyce) Ferrari of Campus, and Robert L. (Cathie) Ferrari of Coal City, three grandchildren Lorie (Tracy) Natyshok, Greg (Kim) Ferrari and Glenn (Becki) Ferrari all of Coal City, five great grandchildren Taylor and Nathan Natyshok, Lauren and Ethan Ferrari and Olivia Ferrari, a sister in law Helen Dryer.

She was preceded in death by her parents, step father John Lankers, husband, daughter in law JoAnn Ferrari, a brother William (Rita) Pohl, a brother Frances Pohl step brother John Lankers, two step sisters Ella Red, and Anna Nowman

Funeral Services will be on Wednesday January 19, 2011 at The Assumption of The Blessed Virgin Mary Church with an 11:00 am Mass of Christian Burial Father Robert Noesen will officiate with interment in Mt.
