Lori Ann Trevino 33, of Carbondale, IL and formerly of Coal City, IL passed away on Tuesday April 9, 2013 at her home in Carbondale, IL. She was born on October 13, 1979 to Mary Trevino (nee Fioritto) and the late Leonzo (Leo) Trevino.

Lori enjoyed animals and volunteering at The St. Francis Animal Care Shelter

Lori Ann is survived by her mother Mary (Fiancé Jerry Meece) Trevino a brother Leo (Lisa) Trevino, a sister LeAnne Trevino, grandmother Phyllis Fioritto, two nephews Leonzo and Liam Trevino, and numerous aunts uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father Leo Trevino, a brother Jason Trevino, Maternal grandfather Leonard Fioritto, paternal grandparents Guadalupe and Otilia Trevino.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday April 15, 2013 From Ferrari Funeral Services at 9:30 am to the Assumption Church for a 10:00 am Mass of Christian Burial; Father Robert Noesen will officiate with interment in Braceville Gardner Cemetery.
Visitation will be on Sunday from 4:00-7:00 pm at Ferrari Funeral Services (corner of Spring Rd. and Ferrari Drive) in Coal City. Online guest book available at www.ferrarifuneral.com
