Katie Marie Patrick, 11 days old, of Coal City, IL. passed away at Christ Advocate Medical Center in Oak Lawn on Sunday, November 21, 2021 in her parents' arms and will live in their hearts and the Lord's house forever.

Katie was born on November 11, 2021 in Joliet, IL. to Richard E. and Shannon M. (Harris) Patrick.

She is survived by her parents, Richard and Shannon; her brother, Logan E. Patrick; her sisters, Madison R. Patrick, Birdie E. Patrick and her twin sister, Emily M. Patrick. Also surviving are her maternal grandparents, Dennis and Diana K. (Spivey) Siebersma and her paternal grandparents, Arthur P. and Janet A. (Yard) Patrick.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Robert A. Harris.

Cremation rites have been accorded.

A private service will be held at a later date.
