Joseph (Joe) Paul Cook III, 31, passed away on May 22, 2014 at his home in Addison, IL. He was born on September 20, 1982 in Hinsdale, IL.
He is survived by a daughter Emily Cook (8) ; his mother Dee (Al) Scholtens of Willow brook, IL , father Joseph Cook jr. of Georgia; four siblings Shannon Cook, Aaron, Ashley, and Alexis Scholtens, paternal grandfather Joseph Cook Sr. an uncle Dean Donavon, an Aunt Catherine (Joe) Martin; his girlfriend Lisa Hessler and her son Kevin.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Larry and Barbara Donavon .
Visitation will be held on Saturday May 31, 2014 from 12 noon until 2:00pm At the Ferrari Funeral Chapel (corner of Spring Rd and 1044 Ferrari Drive) In Coal City. Online guestbook available at www.ferrarifuneral.com .
Cremation rites will be accorded following the visitation on Saturday.
