Joe W. Roberts 79 of Coal City passed away on April 12, 201 at The Morris Hospital. He was born on March 29, 1932 in Hariman TN. To the late David and Betty Roberts.

He was a member of The Braceville United Methodist Church

He is survived by his wife Betty D. Roberts, a son Keith (Pam) Roberts , daughter Katherine Chuck) Rose , grandchildren Adam( Kristi Davy) Roberts, Michelle Reddinger and Dan Reddinger, six step grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and nine step great grandchildren, a brother Vernon (Lois) Roberts, two sister in laws; Barbara, Roberts and Audrey Vogt, and several nieces and nephews

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers; Lewis L. Roberts, and David Roberts,

Cremation rites will be accorded and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
