Jimmy J. Rios 35, of Gardner  and formerly Oglesby, IL passed away peacefully with his loved ones at his side  on February 25, 2022 at Advocate Christ Hospital in Oak Lawn IL.  He was born in Spring Valley , IL  on April 6, 1986 to Lori and Abel  Rios.

Jimmy was employed by Chicago Aerosol as a fork lift operator.  He enjoyed spending time with his family , watching boxing, and he loved cooking.

He is survived by his parents Lori (Abel ) Rios of Oglesby, IL, a sister Meranda Rios of Oglesby, a brother Mario (Lauren) Rios of Motgomery, IL, His love Michelle Cerutti; loving dad to his bonus children Lauren, Olivia, and Jack Cerutti; loving uncle to Aaron, Amya, Alyssa, Adian,  Audryana ,Arayana, Ava, Austin, Zoey; and godfather to Lillian, numerous aunts, uncles, and Cousins.

He was preceded in death by his Grandmothers,  Lucille Totten and Hermalinda Rios .

Visitation will be on Wednesday March 2, 2022 from 2:00-5:00 PM at Ferrari Funeral Services (1044 Ferrari Drive Coal City, IL 60416).  Cremation rites will be accorded after the visitation.  Online guest book and condolences can be left at www.ferrarifuneral.com
