Jane M. Skorusa, age 59, of Coal City, IL. passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at home with her family.

She was born on May 19, 1962 in Chicago, IL. and adopted to Stanley and Patricia (nee Kolasinski) Skorusa. Jane attended St. Symphorosa Grammer School in Chicago and Mount Assisi Academy High School in Lemont. She married John Blieziffer, who preceded her in death. Jane was close to many friends, including her "Adoption Chat Friends", a support group for those who have been adopted. She also had many childhood and high school friends. Jane was especially close to two very special people, Joey B (Pudgy) and Kathy M.

She is survived by her children, Brynn (the late Jacob Severson) Lyman, Eric Lemons and Andrew Vasquez; her grandchildren who were the loves of her life: Zeddicus, Luna and Danica Severson; her sister, Carol (Thomas) Kleeman and her two nieces, Margaret and Rebecca Kleeman.

She was preceded in death by her son in infancy, Alex Lyman.

As were Jane's wishes, Cremation Rites have been accorded. There will be no services.
