James M. Farrell 69, of Gardner, passed away on Sunday April 10, 2011 at St James Hospital in Chicago Heights. He was born on September 4, 1941 to the late Jerome and Margaret Farrell.

He was a retired member of The Cement Masons Local 502 Bellwood, IL

He is survived by his wife Joanne Farrell, sister in law Carol Toman, four boys Richard (Toni), Jerome (Tiffany), Tony (Cheryl) and Dominic (Alma) Farrell, three daughters Kimberly Farrell, Kelly Twardosz, and Kathleen Farrell, 23 grandchildren; five great grandchildren; also numerous nieces nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother in law Edward Toman.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday April 14, 2011 from Ferrari Funeral Services at 9:00 am to The Assumption of The Blessed Virgin Mary Church for a 9:30 am mass of Christian burial, Father Robert Noesen will officiate. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 5:00 -9:00 pm at Ferrari Funeral Services (corner of Spring Rd. and Ferrari Drive) in Coal City.
