Charles Wayne "Chuck" Spivey Jr., age 64, of Chicago Ridge, IL. formerly of Coal City passed away on Friday, January 21, 2022 at Northwestern Medicine Palos Hospital in Palos Heights.

Chuck was born on August 21, 1957 in Morris, IL. to Charles W. Sr. and Eileen S. (nee Watson) Spivey.

He is survived by his sisters, Diana (Dennis) Siebersma of Coal City and Debbie (Brian) Morris of Byron Center, MI. ; his nephew, Bobby (Ashley) Harris of Alsip, IL. and his niece, Shannon (Rick) Patrick of Coal City. Also surviving are numerous great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Sr. and Eileen Spivey; his brother, Edward Joseph Spivey and his great-niece, Katie Marie Patrick.

As was his request, cremation rites will be accorded and there will be no services.
