Beatrice Beakley , 81 of Braceville, IL. passed away on Thursday,  November 1, 2018 at Salem Village and Rehabilitation Center in Joliet . She was born in Chicago IL, on February 11, 1937 to the late Walter and Izora Henager.

Beatrice was a member of the VFW Women's Auxiliary, enjoyed playing bingo and spending time outdoors doing yardwork.

She is survived by a daughter Doris Harrison of Braidwood, a son Dennis Waldrop of Braceville, a sister Sue Carlson, grandchildren: Jimmy Waldrop, Jennifer Harrison Jeffries, Jackilyn Harrison, Carrie Pittman Seabert, Michelle Hess, Amy Wasnich, Chad Winnicki, and William Willette and several great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two sons Mike Pittman and Bill Waldrop, and a grandson Eric Chapman.

A memorial visitation will be held on Sunday, November 11, 2018 from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm at Ferrari Funeral Services (corner of Spring Rd. and Ferrari Drive) in Coal City.
