Alexander G. Tabler, age 26 of Diamond, IL. passed away on Sunday, November 3, 2024 at Morris Hospital due to injuries sustained in a fire at his home.

He was born one of a set of triplets on September 9, 1998 in Chicago, IL                    to Charles W. "Bill" Jr. and Betty A. (nee Vasickanin) Tabler. The triplets joined two older brothers and the family eventually made their home in Diamond. Alex loved to swim in the backyard pool. He enjoyed fishing with his family, going to car shows and he especially loved watching the Pixar movie "Cars". He also liked attending Joliet Slammers Baseball games. Most of all, Alex was a loving son and brother.

He is survived by his mother, Betty; his grandmother, Ramona Tabler of Morris; his siblings, Charles (Marisol) Tabler of Sierra Vista, AZ, Andrew (Megan)Tabler of Coal City, Daniel Tabler of Diamond and Abigail Tabler of Coal City; his nephew and nieces, Ayden Tabler, Celia and Skyla Tabler and a baby girl on the way; his uncle, James E. (Pam) Tabler of Joliet and his aunts, Lee Ann (the late Joel) Franklin of Morris, Peggy (Daniel) Edmier of Carmel, IN, Cyndi Hughes of Rensselaer, IN,  Roberta (Kevin) Kane of Villa Park and Valerie Hooper of Wheaton. Alex was blessed with numerous aunts, uncles and cousins, from both sides of the family.

He was preceded in death by his father, Charles W. "Bill" Tabler Jr.; his paternal grandfather, Charles W. Tabler Sr. and his maternal grandparents, Joseph and Delores Vasickanin.

Cremation rites have been accorded.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am until 12:00 noon on Saturday, November 23, 2024 at Ferrari Funeral Services, 1044 Ferrari Drive, Coal City, IL 60416. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 12:30 pm at the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Roman Catholic Church, 215 South Kankakee Street, Coal City, 60416.

Inurnment will be private at Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Morris, IL.
